REFUND / PAYMENT POLICY: Deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required upon tour registration. The remainder must be paid at least 60 days prior to departing on your tour. Payment can be made through Paypal, or by check by mail. Payment details and liability information will be sent by e-mail after completion of the registration form. Cancellations made 6 months before the tour will be refunded 100% of payment. Cancellations made 5 months before the tour will be refunded 75%. Cancellations made 3 months before the tour will be refunded 50%. Cancellations made less than 3 months prior to the reserved tour cannot be refunded.
